Unique Escapes is seeking a Remote Client Service & Success Specialist to support clients through their travel journey—from inquiry to post-trip follow-up. You will help with destination research, quotes, and bookings while maintaining accurate client records and coordinating with travel suppliers.

The role emphasizes proactive, professional communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a friendly professional tone.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, bookings, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms, CRM systems, email tools, and client communication software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries by phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Build lasting client relationships through warm, proactive, and professional communication.
• Guide clients through travel planning, including destinations, resorts, cruises, flights, and packages.
• Prepare travel quotes, itineraries, and booking summaries for client review.
• Coordinate with travel suppliers and internal teams to confirm details and resolve issues.
• Track bookings, payment deadlines, travel dates, and client requests.
• Provide timely updates before, during, and after travel and document interactions in the CRM.
