Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, or Spain and other qualified regions.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with vacation reservations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and leisure travel requests.
• Research available options and gather travel information using approved booking and supplier platforms.
• Coordinate trip details and help ensure reservations are processed accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after the planning process.
• Answer questions and assist with service requests through email, phone, and online communication channels.
• Support clients with schedule adjustments, reservation modifications, and travel updates.
• Organize and maintain client records, confirmations, and travel documentation.
• Stay informed through training programs, educational resources, and team meetings.
