Fully remote position with flexible schedule. You will respond to inquiries by email, phone, and messaging, assist with planning, modifications, cancellations, and special requests, and maintain organized client records

Qualifikationen

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience; travel, tourism, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
• Ability to learn new tools, software, and booking platforms quickly.
• A passion for travel and a genuine interest in helping clients plan memorable trips.
