Rudyb Travel in the United States is seeking a Remote Travel Customer Service Representative to support clients at every stage of their journey. You will be the trusted contact from booking through post-trip follow-up, delivering a seamless, personalized travel experience.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented, service-driven professionals who are passionate about travel and hospitality and comfortable using modern booking platforms in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in travel or hospitality.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning new booking platforms and technology.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with travel bookings, changes, cancellations, and special requests for luxury and leisure itineraries.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, requirements, and agency policies.
• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update booking systems as required.
