Job summary

PeopleOne Health is seeking a Clinical Training & Implementation Specialist to drive opening, implementation, and stabilization of new centers. This highly hands-on, traveling role supports the full clinical implementation lifecycle, including center setup, staff training, readiness, mock workflows, opening-day support, and post-go-live stabilization.

Travel to health center locations is required (75–100%), with potential irregular schedules and some weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse, Paramedic, or other relevant healthcare/clinical background required.
• Current Basic Life Support/AED Certification from an AHA-accredited provider.
• Phlebotomy Certification: Required for all Medical Assistants who perform venipuncture or specimen collection.
• Must hold an active credential from one of the following nationally recognized organizations: National Healthcare Association (NHA) – CPT; American Medical Technologists (AMT) – RPT; National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) – NCPT; American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) – PBT.
• New hires without certification must obtain the required credential within 90 days of hire.

• FBI Clearance - Act 73

Responsibilities

• Travels to new health center locations and participates in physical and clinical set-up, including receiving, unpacking, and setting up supplies and equipment.
• Establishes organized clinical supply and laboratory areas.
• Verifies storage, labeling, inventory, and expiration-date management.
• Completes laboratory and point-of-care testing set-up and ensures quality-control processes, logs, and equipment are in place before opening.
• Provides standardized orientation and hands-on training to new clinical staff on workflows, systems, equipment, patient flow, clinical procedures, supply management, and lab processes.
• Evaluates learner understanding and competency through observation, demonstration, simulation, and coaching.
• Facilitates mock patient visits and workflow simulations to identify gaps and resolve issues before patient care begins.
• Provides onsite support during opening and post-go-live stabilization period, coaching staff as they transition to live patient care.
• Partners with Clinical Operations, center leadership, Facilities, IT, Procurement, HR, and other teams to support successful center openings.
• Communicates training and readiness concerns and identifies opportunities to improve future training and workflows.
