PeopleOne Health, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Primary Care Physician based in Florida to support market expansion and clinical continuity.

The role involves launching new health centers and providing interim staffing across locations, ensuring clinical standards and value-based care are maintained. You will travel extensively (up to 75–100%) to establish workflows, onboard patient panels, and cover vacancies while permanent staff are recruited.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine & Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of the health center location.
• No J-1 or other visa sponsorships available for this position.
• Preferred at least 2 years of experience in primary care.
• Experience with in-office procedures is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to emerging markets to serve as the lead physician for new health center openings, establishing clinical workflows and onboarding initial patient panels.
• Deploy to existing health centers to cover provider vacancies, ensuring uninterrupted patient access to care and supporting local clinical teams.
• Deliver full-spectrum primary care, including preventive services, chronic disease management and acute illness treatment.
• Perform in-office procedures within primary care scope (e.g., joint injections, skin biopsies, cryotherapy, laceration repair).
• Document and manage care in the EHR and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
