Aisles & Abroad is seeking an Entry-Level Remote Travel Assistant to support our planning process from home. You will research options, respond to clients, and help with bookings for hotels, cruises, flights, and vacation packages, gaining valuable industry exposure with comprehensive training.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a passion for travel, strong written and verbal communication, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Open to remote entry-level role with full training provided.
• Experience not required; training provided.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering travel options based on client preferences
• Help with booking hotels, cruises, flights, and packages
• Follow up with clients on details, confirmations, and updates
• Communicate with travel suppliers as needed
• Learn supplier systems and tools
• Participate in team meetings and supplier trainings
