Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Transport Scheduler.

This REMOTE role starts with 2 months of onsite training in Middletown, CT before transitioning to fully remote work. You will schedule and dispatch drivers for School of Origin Transportation Program using the Route Genie app, handle urgent and non-urgent calls, and maintain professional relationships with provider partners.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, and tracking software.
• Excellent communication and professional interaction with providers and families.

Responsibilities

• Receive last-minute schedule changes and update routes in Route Genie.
• Coordinate with Transportation Manager to resolve service issues.
• Maintain logs and enter data into spreadsheets/databases.
• Dispatch drivers to routes and communicate time-sensitive changes.
• Respond to questions about transportation issues and learn the Route Genie system.
• Process new student paperwork for transport and record shift activities.
• Maintain schedules using school calendars and referrals.
