Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Audit & Compliance Manager to design, implement, and monitor risk mitigation strategies for Last Mile operations. You will plan, scope, and conduct audits to verify carrier partners meet obligations and protect the customer experience and Amazon’s brand.

You will work with safety, legal, finance, tech, and HR teams to implement world-class, customer-centric compliance solutions, provide consultative carrier support, and drive remediation to closure.

Competenze

• BA or BS in Business, Economics, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Law, IT, or relevant field.
• 1+ years of audit experience related to business processes, risk mitigation, program compliance, regulatory compliance, internal audit, or other control and assurance functions.

Mansioni

• Ability to monitor and drive projects through to completion on time.
• Ability to establish successful partnerships with internal and external teams to execute tactical initiatives.
• Demonstrable excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills using data to drive decisions.
