Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a thoughtful Sr. Risk Manager to own cross-functional risk programs, interpret regulations with legal, engineering, and business teams, and drive measurable risk reduction at scale.

You will collaborate with directors and VPs to design controls, balance customer experience with sound risk management, and communicate strategies with clear narratives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience or equivalent.
• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Experience modeling financial impact of trade policy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the lifecycle of cross-functional risk programs.
• Partner with legal and regulators to interpret laws and translate them into controls.
• Collaborate with teams to prioritize risk projects and measure effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce complexity.
• Communicate risk strategies and recommendations to directors and VPs.
