Amazon Transportation Services seeks a Transportation Risk Manager within the Transportation Risk and Compliance (TRC) team in Bellevue, WA. You will design and strengthen compliance and monitoring programs, scale solutions, and support risk reduction across Middle Mile operations.

The role requires a data-driven mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams to uphold a culture of compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience establishing successful partnerships with internal and external teams to execute tactical initiatives or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Optimize and improve audit and monitoring activities by identifying inefficiencies in how they are designed, configured, and executed — then building or coordinating technical solutions
• Be an expert at handling escalations and making enforcement recommendations to business team
• Automate and streamline internal team workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing consistency in how work gets planned, tracked, and delivered
• Provide precise reports and clear recommendations to internal stakeholders and Amazon leadership wherever required
• Meet individual and team goals with the highest standards and diligence
• Lead and/or participate in special projects and/or assignments as necessary
