Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to support GDOT's TIA program in Georgia. You will oversee Heart of Georgia Altamaha TIA 2 projects, coordinating with GDOT, local governments, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure schedule and budget adherence.

The role requires GDOT-related experience, strong PM and communication skills, and may offer a remote work location option within Georgia. A valid Georgia driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Transportation, or related field.
  • 4+ years of roadway construction or transportation project management experience.
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License required to visit project sites and offices.
  • Experience coordinating with agencies, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and PM skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Heart of Georgia Altamaha TIA 2 transportation projects.
  • Lead weekly coordination meetings with GDOT, consultants and stakeholders.
  • Monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Track progress of GDOT-let design and construction projects.
  • Coordinate with local governments on project delivery.
