Qualified candidates will have GDOT-related experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead multi-agency initiatives across complex transportation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Transportation, or related field and 4+ years of roadway construction or transportation project management.
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records review.
  • Experience coordinating with government agencies, consultants, contractors, and local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery of Heart of Georgia Altamaha TIA 2 projects from initiation through closeout.
  • Lead weekly coordination meetings with GDOT, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables for successful execution.
  • Coordinate with local governments on status and delivery of locally let projects.
  • Provide guidance to technical staff and ensure compliance with GDOT policies.
