Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to support the Georgia Department of Transportation's TIA program, overseeing Heart of Georgia Altamaha TIA 2 projects and coordinating GDOT, local governments, consultants, and stakeholders through the program lifecycle, with emphasis on schedule and budget control.

The role requires GDOT roadway experience and strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Transportation, or related field and 4+ years of roadway construction or transportation project management experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices.
• Experience coordinating with government agencies, consultants, contractors, and local stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of Heart of Georgia Altamaha TIA 2 transportation projects.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with GDOT, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with local governments on status and delivery of projects.
