Qualifications

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities in transportation or logistics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to identify savings and process improvements.
• Strong TMS experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transportation strategies for timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to streamline shipping.
• Plan shipments based on production schedules and inventory.
• Build and maintain carrier relationships and monitor vendor performance.
• Oversee daily operations, budgets, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor transportation coordinators.
