Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN required with at least 3 years RN experience.
• Previous transplant nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical management and support transplant patients.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary transplant team to prioritize care.
• Train and onboard new staff, ensuring competency and continuity.
• Maintain current knowledge of UNOS/OPTN and CMS regulatory requirements.
• Respond effectively to time-sensitive patient care needs.
