Job summary

Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is seeking a Transplant RN Care Coordinator to support transplant patient care and program operations. The role requires advanced clinical judgment, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and ongoing staff training.

Initial training is hybrid for ~3 months, after which the position becomes remote with monthly in-person meetings in Charleston. BSN and 3+ years RN experience are required, SC RN license valid, BLS.

Qualifications

• BSN required with minimum three years RN experience.
• SC RN license or compact state RN license required.
• BLS certification required; CCTC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support transplant patient care and program operations.
• Train and develop new staff and stay updated on UNOS/CMS regulations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary transplant team and manage time-sensitive priorities.
