Job summary

Ascent Global Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Transload Transportation Coordinator for a remote US role.

You will support the Transload Final Mile team by coordinating drayage, ocean container transloads, and related activities, ensuring on-time deliveries while maintaining clear carrier communications. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and hands-on dispatch experience for drayage/FTL moves, plus familiarity with CFS warehouses and freight forwarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; relevant experience acceptable.
• Experience in dispatch for Drayage/FTL movements.
• Experience in ocean container Transload activities.
• Experience in CFS warehouse environment.
• Freight forwarding/customs knowledge helpful.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Transload Final Mile team with all transportation needs.
• Coordinate drayage and container movements.
• Dispatch containers and share release information with carriers within required timelines.
• Schedule delivery appointments to meet customer deadlines.
• Monitor delivery milestones and resolve delivery exceptions.
• Maintain system records and communications with warehouses and clients.
