Job summary

Osaic is seeking an Onboarding Consultant to support Financial Professionals moving their book to Osaic across all channels. This hybrid role blends advisor-facing consulting with hands-on execution, partnering with BD, Operations and Channel Leadership.

The role requires up to 40% travel across the US and is open to candidates near company locations or remote within the United States. The successful candidate will understand account opening and transfer processes, become a subject matter expert

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, HS diploma or GED with significant practical experience considered.
• SIE/S7 or S99 required within 12 months.
• 1-3 years of Financial/Transition experience.
• Licenses such as SIE, Series 6/7/65/66 or 24/26 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advisor-facing transition consulting across channels.
• Repapering and asset movement execution.
• Cross-functional partnership and optimization.
• Data gathering, forms preparation and submission; monitor transfers.
• Not in Good Order paperwork monitoring and resolution impact.
• Troubleshoot and elevate transition issues; improve asset movement speed.
