Job summary

The role requires extensive experience in Payor Operations, project leadership, and executive communications, with a focus on Lean, Six Sigma and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years technical experience in Payor Operations.
• 5+ years in project leadership.
• 5+ years in process improvement.
• 5+ years executive communications (reports, presentations, etc).

Responsibilities

• Lead highly visible, cross-functional initiatives from concept through closure.
• Develop and manage project plans, charters, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and deliverables.
• Collect and analyze data to determine root causes and measure performance against requirements.
• Provide consultation on process improvement methods to drive outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
