Job summary

You will manage 1-2 client engagements, guiding teams of consultants and client stakeholders to achieve cost reduction, process improvement, and value-driven outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in strategy/operations consulting, with strong analytical, financial, and storytelling skills. Ability to influence in a matrixed healthcare setting is essential.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in Strategy/Operations/M&A or Human Capital in consulting or corporate environment.
• 5 years of applicable experience in global or boutique consulting with healthcare exposure.
• 3 years of management experience and/or leading teams or projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of mid-size engagements and manage client stakeholders.
• Plan and manage all phases of project lifecycle with governance, schedules and milestones.
• Conduct discovery, define requirements, and position solutions for client needs.
• Coach and develop project team members in collaboration with leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
