Job summary

Remote Legal is seeking a Production Specialist to ensure transcripts and related work products are complete, accurate, and delivered to clients on time. You will perform a final check of each transcript, and convert it into the client’s requested file formats, coordinating with Production and Assignment teams to manage workflow.

This primarily remote role requires US-based hours, a high school diploma, and strong skills in Word, Excel, CRM systems, and document formatting tools.

Qualifications

• Must be located in US Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones, or willing to work CT/MT/PT business hours.
• Proficiency with common workplace software and CRM systems is required.
• Experience with legal transcription/scope/proofreading or court reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver final transcript packages within timelines.
• Produce client-requested outputs in various formats (PDF, Word, text, indexes).
• Perform quality control checks following SOPs and checklists.
• Follow SOPs to ensure compliant, high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client and company information.
• Respond to client inquiries via CRM and coordinate with internal teams for special requests.
• Escalate issues when information is missing or deadlines risk, to production leads.
