Job summary

gpac LLC is seeking a Transaction Relationship Manager to oversee business sales from engagement to closing within a defined territory. This remote role coordinates sellers, buyers, lenders, accountants and attorneys to keep each deal on track and on schedule.

You will manage timelines, drive the process, and support the lead business developer. A base salary with commission, year-end bonus potential, and a health insurance stipend accompany the role for a results‑oriented, relationship-driven

• Strong communication and relationship skills with business owners and professionals.
• Comfort reading financial statements (helpful).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business sales from signing through closing, typically 5–6 months per deal.
• Coordinate sellers, buyers, lenders, accountants and attorneys to keep each deal on schedule.
• Support the lead business developer by owning the process once a client signs.
• Identify and resolve issues early, including financing, documents, due diligence and deadlines.
• Keep clients informed and confident through the transaction process.
