The ideal candidate will manage a team, maintain high-quality customer service, and resolve complex transaction issues. They should have experience in real estate, people management, and CRM systems. This position is fully remote and offers a competitive compensation range of $80,000-$130,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience in settlement, title, or transaction management.
• 5+ years of real estate transaction experience.
• Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions.

Responsibilities

• Manage acquisition and disposition transactions from contract ratification through settlement.
• Supervise, train, and performance-manage Transaction Coordinators / Settlement Processors.
• Serve as the escalation point for transaction issues.
