Job summary

Locate is seeking a Transaction Manager to support our national client base from a fully remote home office. You will own a defined book of client accounts and manage real estate requirements from site selection through lease execution.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in transaction management or related fields, with an active real estate license and experience negotiating real estate deal terms. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years preferred in transaction management, brokerage coordination, lease administration, or similar.
• Experience negotiating real estate deal terms and analyzing lease economics.

Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, deliver, and report on transaction activity for an assigned book of client accounts.
• Manage site selection and lease negotiation from initial requirements through execution.
• Direct field brokers to ensure outcomes and deliverables with timelines.
