Job summary

Edina Realty in Edina, MN is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to support sales associates by drafting and reviewing documents, tracking transaction details for compliance, and coordinating with all parties from start to close.

The position is remote after completing initial training; applicants must reside in MN or WI and be able to attend company events up to nine times per year. Training starts at the Edina Realty office located in Edina, MN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Real estate license or two years in a real estate administrative role preferred.
• Ability to obtain a real estate license if currently not licensed.

Responsibilities

• Manage active files and their supporting documentation to ensure completeness.
• Prepare and maintain files for document storage; verify that required reports and disclosures are collected.
• Draft and review documents and confirm all signatures are obtained.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards, identify and resolve document issues that may delay the transaction.
• Perform data entry tasks, prepare general correspondence, and manage transaction management system.
• Monitor key deadlines to ensure timely processing and on-time closings.
• Provide and coordinate accurate and timely communication with external contacts.
• Schedule and present department materials at office sales meetings.
• Perform additional duties as requested or assigned.
