Job summary

The Retirement Advantage, Inc. (TRA) is seeking a remote processing professional to monitor queues, perform daily transactions, and ensure compliance with IRS and ERISA guidelines as well as plan documents.

You will process Tier II transactions, mentor Level I TCs, and serve as PPAs for providers while maintaining quality and meeting production goals in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience or equivalent training.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic math.
• Ability to work with colleagues at all knowledge levels.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process Tier II transactions as needed.
• Mentor Level I TCs and assist with training.
• Serve as PPAs for providers and keep procedures updated.
• Maintain high quality work and production goals, both individually and in a team.
• Communicate with Plan Sponsors, Plan Advisors, Plan Providers, and internal staff.
• Stay current on procedures, laws, and related changes.
• Participate in key projects as assigned.
• Uphold TRA’s corporate citizenship and reputation.
