Job summary

Grassi is seeking a Transaction Advisory Senior Manager focused on Financial Due Diligence to join our team. Open to candidates in Jericho, NY; New York, NY; Park Ridge, NJ; Chelmsford, MA; Needham, MA; Glastonbury, CT; Wayne, PA, or remote from NY/NJ/MA/CT/Greater Philadelphia.

You will lead complex buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, manage multiple teams, and advise PE sponsors and executives on financial and transaction considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license required.
• Industry experience in construction or manufacturing & distribution is desirable; industry-agnostic considered.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, initiative, and leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Maintains professionalism and respect for others.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and QoE engagements.
• Direct multiple concurrent engagements and teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Advise on financial, operational, and transaction-related considerations for clients.
• Analyze financial statements, operating results, and KPIs to identify trends and value drivers.
• Develop reports and analyses communicating findings and recommendations to clients.
• Monitor industry trends and accounting developments to enhance client value.
• Support business development and networking to grow the practice.
• Manage client relationships as the primary engagement contact; travel as needed.
