A leading national advisory firm in the United States is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Manager to oversee due diligence processes for private equity transactions. Qualifications

• 2-4 years of financial audit experience, preferably with a top ten public accounting firm.
• 1-3 years of experience in transaction advisory services of a top national accounting firm.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagement team and coordinate with clients throughout the transaction process.
• Provide financial and accounting due diligence services.
• Perform complex analyses including cash flows and operating trends.
