Cognizant is seeking a Service Excellence Associate for a remote role open to qualified US residents, with responsibilities in training delivery, content development, and client collaboration.

You will lead virtual instructor-led training, collaborate with SMEs, and help create new offerings that support revenue generation while ensuring accuracy and relevance of course materials for diverse healthcare professionals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Minimum of two years' experience in delivering training curriculum for adult learners, working within a process or project related field. Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Salesforce, and Excel). Utilization of video platforms to leverage external training capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective training, assist in process documentation and manage project.
• Ability to conduct research, collaborating with subject matter experts and gathering and interpreting relevant data.
• Ability to write clear, concise explanations of complex concepts and engaging course content for a diverse audience of professionals.
