Job summary

Smart Apartment Data is seeking a Training & Performance Specialist to elevate frontline team skills in a fully remote role. You’ll identify skill gaps, coach on the job, and deliver engaging e-learning sessions to promote measurable improvements in performance across voice and non-voice teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on operations experience, 1–2+ years in training or coaching, and a clear, professional English communication style. Philippines-based applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years hands-on training or employee development experience.
• 1–2 years delivering e-learning, virtual, or remote training.
• Operations/frontline experience in addition to training experience.
• Experience conducting new-hire training, refresher training, performance coaching, or uptraining.
• Hands-on experience training or coaching frontline/production employees.
• Strong ability to identify why someone is struggling rather than simply repeating instructions.
• Fluent, clear, and professional spoken English with confident communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training for new team members and help them become confident in their work.
• Provide refresher training and targeted coaching to existing employees.
• Deliver and support e-learning and virtual training sessions.
• Identify knowledge, skill, or performance gaps affecting an employee.
• Adjust coaching approach based on individual needs.
• Demonstrate processes, observe performance, and give actionable feedback.
• Use performance results and feedback to identify training needs.
• Track progress and determine if coaching improves outcomes.
• Review content and recommend improvements for clarity.
