Qualifications

• Previous call center experience required.

• Strong training program design experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers new employee orientation and ongoing training for call center staff.
• Ensures class objectives and learning curve metrics are met.
• May design and develop training materials and curricula.
• Recommends additional learning materials as appropriate.
• Conducts evaluations and develops programs to address needs.
• Coordinates with QA and other departments to update training content.
• Adapts programs for different audiences.
• Updates policy and procedure manuals.
• Assesses training needs and provides feedback to management.
• Maintains training records and coordinates with vendors for external courses.
• Manages project timelines and reports status to management.
• Performs other related duties as needed.
