Job summary

Puget Sound Energy is seeking a Technical Training Program Manager to design and deliver AutoCAD and Automated Utility Design training. This role partners with operations leaders to translate complex utility processes into scalable learning solutions and drives program lifecycle from inception to deployment.

The candidate will leverage ADDIE/SAM methodologies, manage multiple programs, and ensure alignment with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of training and development, Operations, IT, or Engineering experience; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience translating technical content into effective learning solutions.
• Familiarity with ADDIE or SAM models and instructional design principles.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional teams in developing training documentation, materials, and user guides for AutoCAD and AUD processes.
• Develops and administers training materials and programs aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluates user needs and system enhancements to identify knowledge gaps and recommend learning solutions.
• Partners with SMEs and stakeholders to translate processes into training content.
• Mentors peers on best practices and maintains professional competence.
