Job summary

Puget Sound Energy is seeking a Technical Training Program Manager - Automated Utility Design to develop and deliver training for AutoCAD and AUD applications, improving user proficiency and system adoption. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex operational requirements into effective learning solutions.

The role requires managing end-to-end training programs with input from instructional designers and business stakeholders, ensuring compliant, scalable training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of training and development, Operations, IT, or Engineering experience; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience translating highly technical field content into effective learning solutions.
• Expert recognized in the specialty by the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, organization, and project management skills.
• Proficient with word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional teams in developing training documentation and user guides for AutoCAD and AUD processes.
• Develops, maintains, and administers training materials and programs supporting operational needs.
• Evaluates user needs and system enhancements to identify knowledge gaps and recommend learning solutions.
• Collaborates with SMEs and stakeholders to translate business processes into knowledge transfer content.
• Serves as trusted advisor to business leaders on training strategies and workforce development.
• Develops training programs to enhance data retrieval, analysis, reporting, and visualization capabilities.
