Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY is seeking a Training Manager to lead enterprise learning initiatives supporting Inside Sales and Sales Support. You will partner with leaders to assess needs, prioritize work, and deliver high-quality learning solutions on time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
5+ years designing, developing, and managing corporate learning programs.
Experience designing onboarding, role-based training, and ongoing skills development.
Strong facilitation for in-person, virtual, and hybrid learning experiences.
Experience using AI-enabled content development tools and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as Learning Strategy & Project Management lead for enterprise learning requests.
Define scope, priorities, timelines; coordinate multiple projects.
Design and maintain instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended learning solutions.
Create onboarding, role-based, systems, process, product, and professional development programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, metrics, and performance data; drive improvements.
