Peraton is seeking a Training and Development Associate for a fully remote role. You will design, deliver, and evaluate non-technical training programs for all staff levels, focusing on engaging e-learning and live sessions.

The role involves creating teaching outlines, developing visuals and tests, coordinating with management, and overseeing contractors as needed. Occasional in-person CONUS/OCONUS sessions may be required.

Mansioni

• Prepares and/or conducts training programs of a non-technical nature, teaches classes, holds seminars and discussion groups.
• Designs and delivers programs to train all levels of personnel.
• Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
• Formulates teaching outline using instructional methods and keeps abreast of training research.
• Develops in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs and prepare personnel for more responsible positions.
• Oversees contractors or vendors to develop or administer training programs.
• Responsible for development of e-learning programs.
• Confers with management, employees, and customers to understand training needs and changes in policies and technologies.
• Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, multimedia aids, tutorials, and references.
• Facilitates training programs, monitors costs, and prepares budget reports.
• Primarily web-based live classes with some in-person CONUS/OCONUS sessions.
• Training videos must be updated and new videos created.
