Job summary

Digitail is transforming the veterinary profession with an all-in-one operating system designed for animal hospitals. We are seeking a Training Specialist to build and deliver comprehensive training programs for customers and internal teams, with a focus on scalability across live, self-paced, and hybrid formats.

You’ll lead virtual and in-person sessions, act as a product SME, and collaborate across Product, Data, and Customer Success to keep training aligned with product capabilities and

Qualifications

• Veterinary industry experience.
• Proven experience building or modernizing training programs.
• Strong technical aptitude for quickly learning and teaching software workflows.
• 3+ years in training, onboarding, enablement, or education (SaaS/healthcare preferred).
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills for engaging topics.
• Experience using LMS tools and measuring training success with data.

Responsibilities

• Design and own a comprehensive training framework for customers and internal teams.
• Create scalable learning paths (live, self-paced, hybrid) for DVMs, techs, CSRs, and managers.
• Refine training programs based on feedback, adoption data, and product releases.
• Document playbooks, facilitator guides, and best practices for consistency.
• Contribute to new product launches by training in parallel prior to launch.
• Lead virtual and in-person training sessions for clinics and internal teams.
• Serve as SME for product updates and workflow training.
• Coach internal teams through train-the-trainer programs.
• Partner with internal teams to clarify ownership between specialist-led and centralized training.
• Provide resources and repeatable frameworks to scale training capacity.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and CS teams to align training with capabilities and customer needs.
