The ideal candidate holds a JD or LLM, is admitted in their resident state, and has 3+ years of hands‑on trademark clearance and prosecution experience, with fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• JD or LLM with strong academic credentials.
• Bar admission in the candidate’s resident state.
• Minimum 3 years of direct trademark clearance and prosecution experience (U.S. and international).
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex U.S. and international trademark clearance projects for major brand portfolios.
• Manage domestic and global trademark prosecution, including strategy, filings, and office‑action responses.
• Provide day‑to‑day counseling on brand selection, risk assessment, and portfolio optimisation.
• Coordinate with foreign counsel and internal teams in Spanish and English on multi‑jurisdictional matters.
• Collaborate directly with senior partners while handling a high‑volume docket.
