Qualifications

• Minimum U.S. trademark prosecution experience.
• Juris Doctorate (JD) required; licensed to practice.
• Ability to explain legal concepts to clients over the phone and online.

Responsibilities

• Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while maintaining high legal standards.
• Conduct and review trademark searches; provide strategic risk analyses.
• Advise clients on registrability and strength of marks; file high-volume USPTO applications.
• Respond to Office actions and assist senior attorneys with caseloads.
• Help small businesses register trademarks and enable time for substantive legal work.
