Job summary

3Degrees is seeking a detail-driven Trade Operations Analyst to help deliver and retire supply for commercial clients and utility partnerships. You will work across teams to streamline workflows, maintain data integrity, and scale operations under high-volume conditions with a hybrid or remote setup.

The role uses Artemis, JIRA, and our evolving ETRM platform; strong Google Sheets/Excel skills, data reconciliation, and proactive process improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in business operations, workflow execution, or process-oriented roles.
• Strong attention to detail with checklists and formulas to prevent errors in high-stakes workflows.
• Experience reconciling data sets to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Ability to streamline tasks and automate processes at scale.
• Proficient with Google Sheets/Excel (VLOOKUP/Index Match) and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with AI tools for automation and workflow improvements.
• Excellent written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• SQL familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute deliveries and retirements for key counterparties and clients under high-volume conditions.
• Manage data in Artemis and commodity registries.
• Serve as primary contact for trading and contractual inquiries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Contracts, and Trading to ensure seamless workflows.
• Identify data discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
• Explore and implement AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and reduce friction.
