The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, hybrid office setting. You will streamline workflows, automate manual tasks, and contribute to transitioning to the new ETRM platform, while engaging with Sales, Accounting, Contracts, and Trading

Qualifications

• Operational mindset with 2–3 years in business operations or similar
• Uncompromising attention to detail using checklists, formulas or tools
• Data reconciliation experience across datasets to identify discrepancies
• Process improvement and automation to scale workflows
• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills; familiarity with JIRA a plus
• Experience applying AI tools/agents to automate or validate tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to interact with high-profile clients
• Nice-to-haves: basic SQL; familiarity with Environmental Attribute Certificates (EACs)

Responsabilités

• Accurately execute deliveries and retirements for key clients and utility partnerships under high-volume conditions
• Manage transactional data in Artemis and third-party registries
• Serve as primary contact for counterparties with professional written communication
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and teammates to build tooling and automate workflows
• Assist in transitioning to the new Energy Trading and Risk Management platform (ETRM)
• Support internal and external clients with delivery details and data accuracy
• Cross-functionally coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Contracts, and Trading teams
• Identify data discrepancies, troubleshoot, and ensure dataset integrity
• Explore and implement agentic AI workflows to boost efficiency
• Other duties as assigned
