3Degrees is hiring a Trade Operations Analyst in San Francisco to drive accurate delivery and retirement of environmental commodities. You’ll streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and scale operations while maintaining high-quality outputs during peak volumes.

You’ll collaborate across teams, manage Artemis data, and help transition to our ETRM platform, contributing to a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with a focus on renewable energy impact.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years in business operations, workflow execution, or process roles.
• Strong attention to detail using checklists, formulas, and data controls.
• Ability to evaluate problems with incomplete information and develop solutions.
• Experience reconciling data sets to identify discrepancies and resolve errors.
• History of improving manual tasks and scaling processes.
• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills; familiarity with JIRA.

Aufgaben

• Accurately execute deliveries and supply retirements for key clients under high-volume conditions.
• Manage project and delivery data in Artemis and third-party registries.
• Be the primary counterparty contact for trading and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to automate workflows.
• Assist in migrating to the new ETRM platform and ensure data integrity.
• Support internal and external counterparties with transactional details.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Accounting, Contracts, and Trading.
• Identify data discrepancies, troubleshoot, and implement fixes.
• Explore agentic AI tools to improve efficiency and reduce friction.
