Key responsibilities include maintaining precise dispatch records, addressing inquiries professionally, and collaborating with field personnel to ensure efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Receive and prioritize incoming calls for towing and roadside assistance services.

• Dispatch the appropriate tow trucks or roadside technicians based on need and location.

Responsibilities
