Placements24 is seeking a Tourism Operations Coordinator to manage travel packages and client support in a fully remote role based out of Upington. You will coordinate with tour operators, bookings, and itineraries to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Ideal candidates are organized, communicative, and comfortable working remotely. You will monitor operations, maintain records, and contribute to SA tourism projects while enjoying flexible, home‑based work and development opportunities.

Qualificações

Proven experience in tourism operations, travel planning, or related customer service role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for remote client interaction.
Proficiency in using booking systems, CRM software, and standard office apps.
A passion for travel and South African tourism.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate planning and execution of tourism packages with efficient logistics.
Manage client bookings, reservations, and confirmations across services.
