Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of operations or logistics experience in tourism.
• Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple tours and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety practices in adventure activities.
• Familiar with booking systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of adventure tours and activities.
• Manage tour bookings, client communications, and pre-trip information.
• Ensure equipment is maintained, safe, and available.
• Brief guides on schedules, safety procedures, and client needs.
• Liaise with transport, accommodation, and activity partners.
• Assist in risk management and emergency response planning.
• Monitor weather and advise on impacts to activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain operation records and activity logs.
• Contribute to process improvements and guest experiences.
