Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a capable engineer to oversee IMS schedules, manage RAILs, and drive productivity improvements in an aerospace-focused environment. The role emphasizes end-to-end tooling project execution, effective communication, and strong coordination across teams.

This remote position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience with tooling, and familiarity with Teamcenter/SAP. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Aerospace supplier pipeline experience preferred.
• Experience with tooling, monitoring tool life, risk analysis, and tool surveillance.
• End-to-end accountability for part transitions.
• MS Office Suite proficient.
• Experience with process improvements and productivity enhancements.
• Team/management experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Familiarity with the aerospace industry is preferred.
• Teamcenter and SAP experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IMS Schedule creation and tracking.
• Manage project RAILs to drive actions to completion.
• Monitor productivity and drive process improvements.
• Investigate and implement source control parts for compliant alternatives.
• Follow drawings update and approvals in PLM tool.
• Manage and report on Project Schedules, Budget, and Priority.
• Seek advice from subject matter experts when required.
• Report project status during meetings with updates and health.
