Quest Global is seeking a Project Engineer for Aerospace to execute the customer’s statement‑of‑work and ensure on‑time deliveries. You will liaise between technical and program teams to define, plan, and manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and procurement for all project aspects.

Responsibilities include risk mitigation, change management, SOW generation, progress reporting, and collaboration with Subject Matter Experts to maintain high technical quality. On-site in Indianapolis, IN, USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering technical field.
• 1–5+ years of career experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in leading project presentations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently.
• Financial management and commercial awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute the customer's statement-of-work and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Serve as liaison between technical and program teams to define and manage project plans.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, budget, resources, and procurement for all project aspects.
• Perform change management, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
• Generate Statements of Work to support engineering outsourcing and approvals.
• Report progress to Program Leads and conduct reviews.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure high technical quality.
