Job summary

Aero Alliance is seeking a Global Process Engineer to develop and deploy global standards for manufacturing equipment and processes. You will work with engineering, quality, and operations to drive SQDC through standardized tooling, processes, and lifecycle optimization.

The role emphasizes lean methodologies, data-driven decision making, and cross‑site collaboration, with a focus on reliability and cost reduction while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; strong manufacturing/quality background.
• Experience with tooling, fixtures, material lifting devices and fixtures.
• Proven project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts and quality processes.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics.
• Fluency in English; willingness to engage in global standardization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop tooling, fixture, and lift fixture standards and deploy them globally.
• Define and implement global process and equipment standards across factories.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve quality.
• Coach and influence a dotted-line organization of factory engineers.
• Perform risk assessments and root cause analyses (FMEA, RCA) for process issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, and safety teams.
• Train local engineers to deepen expertise in processes and equipment.
