Job summary

Quest Global is seeking engineers for a remote role based in the United States. The position targets 3–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical or aerospace engineering, with emphasis on EPAs, TDRs, and supplier transitions. Strong drawing interpretation and team collaboration are essential.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, knowledge of engineering mechanics, and experience with Teamcenter and SAP. Travel is minimal and citizenship in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to read and understand part drawings
• Knowledge of Engineering Mechanics and Strength of Materials
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Aerospace industry experience is desirable
• Teamcenter and SAP experience valued

Responsibilities

• Perform Engineering Part Analysis (EPAs)
• Execute Transition Design Reviews (TDRs)
• Identify export requirements
• Review engineering drawings for content, notes, accuracy and legibility
• Evaluate level of difficulty to transition suppliers and identify roadblocks
• Investigate and implement source control parts for compliant alternatives
• Follow drawings updates and approvals in PLM tool
• Manage and report on project schedules, budget, and priority
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to present to chief engineering staff
• Ensure EPA and TDR milestones are met
• Provide direction to team members and assist with presentations
• Perform internal and technical reviews to ensure deliverable quality
• Report project status in meetings with updates and health indicators
