Job summary

Chefman & CHEF iQ is seeking a Customer Support Representative based in the U.S. within commuting distance of our Mahwah, New Jersey office.

The role starts remotely with a plan to move to the Mahwah office within 12 months, and the candidate should be comfortable training onsite as needed. You will provide support through email, chat, and social media, maintain records, and resolve issues related to Chefman and CHEF iQ products.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
• Review, investigate, and resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
• Address recalls, warranty questions, returns, and terms of sale.
• Diagnose and resolve product issues for Chefman and CHEF iQ.
• Prioritize and manage support cases; collaborate with team.
• Attend training and meetings at the Mahwah office as required.
